Rusana is one of the playable Captains in Sirocco.
Bio[edit]
Rusana rose to Naval Officer, not by favor or influence, but through an unflinching adherence to her own truth: Power is the only virtue. To call her heartless misses the point. She sees every man, every moment as a battlefield, which to her crew has made her more than a leader. Something truly worthy of faith - an inevitability.
