Tesserae
Fires Healing missiles that grant 4.0% of your Max Health as Shield.
The amount of Shield received diminishes as you gain more Shield.
Heals allies by 20, scaling up to 40 when your Shield is equal to your Max Health.
Applies stacking Damage over time to enemies, dealing 10 damage per second, scaling up to 40 per second for 3 seconds.

Bouncing Abira
Launches a bouncing projectile that heals for 40, scaling up to 80 when Shield equals max health.
Slows enemies by 15 Knots, up to 33 Knots for 2.1 seconds.
Refreshes all Damage over time on enemies and Health Regeneration on allies.
Each ally and enemy hit grants 4.0% of your Max Health as Shield.

Applies Damage over time to enemies dealing 10 per second, scaling up to 40.
Refreshes all movement Slow effects on enemies.
